Bolero Limited Edition by Poltrona Frau is on display at our showroom!

Poltrona Frau has recently showcased to the generalpublic the new Bolero Limited Edition, a fine dining table designed by Roberto Lazzeroni, which was revisited and is now also available in an extraordinary limited edition of 41 pieces only.
The Bolero Limited Edition table was presented on July 20th during an exclusive dinner in the unique scenery of the ancient Roman quarry of Piastrone – Bacino di Gioia - in the province of Carrara, Tuscany. The scenario that was composed for the occasion provided an almost surreal backdrop for the 41 pieces, numbered and branded from 00 to 40, that stood out amid a highly spectacular and exciting white marble setting.
CentroForme, a leader in purveying high quality furnishings for more than 40 years, was selected among Poltrona Frau retailers to put on display one of the 41 exclusive pieces of Bolero Limited Edition that is henceforth available in our very own showroom in Cermenate (Como).
Each Bolero Limited Edition table is made with a different marble table top because of the special processing that involves special abrasive brushes that etch the surface at random to create a texture that changes according to the hardness of the marble.
The relevant marble is of the "Arabescato" type, a white Carrara marble with dark grey grain known as "arabeschi." The table top is an irregular 12-side polygon that creates a faceted effect on an oval shaped outline. The table base has a Canaletto walnut veneer with a semi-glossy hand-applied oil finish.
A noteworthy detail is the angle of the edge, being different on each side of the table as it follows a strictly symmetrical approach.
