In all these years we have witnessed a relentless growth in the technique, research and testing of the technology of injection molding of polycarbonate into a single mold has evolved more and more, resulting in products of the highest quality and whose sturdiness has never been achieved before.

An example of these is Piuma, a small armchair by Piero Lissoni manufactured in an innovative charged polyamide fibre, which has allowed the material to be used in a minimum thickness, just a few millimetres.

The result is an ultra-lightweight chair weighing just 2 kg and with maximum thickness of 2 millimetres, so it is as light as a feather.
