Castore lamp by Artemide

Michele De Lucchi and Huub Ubbens are the designers who created the Castore lamp for Artemide, a forever modern luminaire with a contemporary feel.

It sports soft, essential and elegant lines, and the spherical shape of the diffuser is enhanced by a luminous stem creating a gentle transition from the strong diffuser light to the shadows of the luminaire.

The ceiling rose and stem are made of thermoplastic resin, while the diffuser is in white hand-blown glass.

It is available in four sizes.
