This important award once again emphasizes the successful partnership between the French designer and Poltrona Frau, after winning the "Best Sofa" award in 2007 with the Kennedee sofa and the "Best Domestic Design" award in 2010 with the Archibald.

Gran Torino boasts a strong personality, with a stylish figure and compact volumes that draw heavily from the world of harnesses, its most original version combines Saddle Extra Leather with fabric. Hand-cut, hand-shaped leather closely moulds the lines and structure of the seat. The high and slim armrest also presents intricate, careful workmanship and is covered in leather upholstery that, tucked inside, is fixed to the structure by elegant steel rivets.
