IN-EI Issey Miyake is a fabulous project born out of the collaboration between Ernesto Gismondi and Issey Miyake that led Artemide into the Reality Lab, and thus into a new world of light and innovation.

The bond between the two also arises from the sharing of values, such as a strong belief in R&D, for both Artemide and the Reality Lab: the fabric upon which the project has developed is a recycled material with interesting light diffusion capacities. in fact it is a regenerated fiber derived from PET bottles and that cuts energy consumption and CO2 emissions by 40%.

The philosophy of Issey Miyake is applied to three-dimensional mathematical formulas and elegant Japanese culture: a perfect fusion of tradition and modernity.
