Sparkler by Poltrona Frau, lamps with an oriental touch

Poltrona Frau is not just all about fine sofas, furnishing accessories and interiors, but also about presenting innovative proposals for decorating outdoor spaces of all kinds, as with the Sparkler outdoor lamps.

A sophisticated product that creates enchanting oriental atmosphere through light sculptures, the Sparkler lamp series won the 2022 Wallpaper* Design Awards for "Best Outdoor Living" category.

The Sparklers are designed by Kensaku Oshiro, who makes a very clear intent statement by presenting his lamps made from a lacquered powder-coated aluminium frame on which a 0.5 mm polypropylene rope is skilfully hand-woven in a way that echoes the traditional style of Japanese lantern making.

The splendid Sparkler lamp series has been awarded by the prestigious international design magazine, because it is able to easily create an evocative atmosphere made of dazzling light effects and timeless nuances that are perfectly suited to all types of outdoor spaces.

Sparkler comes in three different sizes: the two floor lamps with large or medium lanterns and the delightful small table lantern.
