Laze, the upholstered bed by Poliform
30/03/2021
The interpretation of the sleeping area in the name of softness: Laze is an upholstered bed with emphasis on materials and sensations.
This refined upholstered bed is designed by Rodolfo Dordoni, whose goal was to draw attention to the quality of the materials and the alluring sensations of the only household space designated to bring calm and comfort.
Dordoni Architetti is an architectural firm founded by Rodolfo Dordoni, Alessandro Acerbi and Luca Zaniboni. Located in the centre of Milan, the firm boasts a sound experience in both architectural planning and interior design, focusing especially on private homes and villas, industrial refurbishments, visually striking installations for stores and showrooms, as well as outfitting the interiors of restaurants, hotels, yachts and trade show booths and stands.
Laze's strength is its versatility: allowing the customer to select from a wide range of fabric choices, or leather upholstery, on a padded base puts the user center stage in the middle of the furnishing composition.
The double bed is available with both a fixed bedstead or lift-up bedstead; its base is made of a frame in wood and by-products, upholstered with medium-density polyurethane foam, with a fully removable cover in both the fabric and leather versions.
