Alivar furniture decorates the interiors of a stunning 19th century villa in England

Alivar has taken part in a furnishing project involving a sumptuous nineteenth-century villa that stands in an elevated position in the peaceful Surrey countryside in Southern England.
This historic home in pure Georgian style dates back to 1850 and offers an extraordinary view of the surrounding hilly landscape.
The property developers, which arranged for its recent renovation, decided to convert the large villa into 6 new apartments, keeping the master villa as the central focus of the project.
And it is easy to see why Alivar's breath-taking contemporary furnishings have been included into this important project, given their functional yet elegant style that never lapse into superfluous decorations.
Starting from the living area, Portofino large sofas and ottomans, with their sleek shapes and neutral beige and taupe shades, stand out as true masters of the lavish interiors.
These are combined with the imposing, rectangular Poggio table with its slender structure and elegant light-colored marble top.
Moving on to the dining room, guests shall be comfortably seated in Diva chairs surrounding the large Board table with its symmetrical design and marble top. The room also features Side Up sideboards containing an exclusive bar cabinet.
The upper floor of the home, dedicated to the sleeping area, is enhanced by an Arca double bed whose headboard features craft stitching that re-creates a pleasant Capitonné effect, and a Meridien bedside table.
Finally, one of the bedrooms is graced with Maya, a bed with a luxurious padded headboard with rounded sides that wraps around the top of the bed, accompanied by the Kube bedside table with its leather covered top and handles.
