Artemide at the Stockholm Furniture & Light Fair
15/02/2018
From February 6 to 10 Artemide was showing its wares at the Stockholm Furniture & Light Fair, the world's leading event for Scandinavian design.
Among its prized collections there were not only its famous lighting products and systems, but also a number of advanced interactive solutions that are the result of the Company's ongoing research and technological innovation.
Among the most interesting pieces on display, a special mention goes to Ameluna, the first Artemide product managed directly through the App and developed in 2016 in cooperation with Mercedes.
Among the brand new proposals, the Outdoor version of Nur presented visitors with a lighting system based on an intelligent platform that combines scenic and functional lighting and can be integrated into a smart city network through a series of technological tools.
The display includes products originated from cultural synergies and design partnerships with outstanding international architecture firms and designers, from Yanzi by Neri & Hu to Unterlinden by Herzog & De Meuron, as well as the Orsa family designed by Foster & Partner.
Finally, to be even more complete, the stand was also designed with a space where Artemide's "culture of light" is also conveyed through iconic products of the design collection. These include the iconic Nur in the new colour versions, Empatia, Febe, Pirce and, last but not least, the Tolomeo family that, after 30 years, renews itself with new versions and is always "running with the times".
