Poliform|Varenna has participated in a residential project in New York designed by renowned architect Soo K. Chan founder of the acclaimed, global firm SCDA Architects and developed by Siras Oriel.
The Soori High Line residential complex boasts 31 exclusive apartments ranging between one and five bedrooms. The building is located in Chelsea, one of the most buzzing neighborhoods in Manhattan, renowned for its striking architecture, and borders the famed High Line, an elevated 40 square-kilometre park that sits on a former abandoned railway.
Such impressive ambiances, each distinguished by a tremendous sense of space and openness rely on a bright and breezy environment where plenty of green areas are available.
The apartments have been greatly enhanced with natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows that soar between 14 and 18 feet high. These architectural features open up visual links between areas of the home that are usually separate.
What's more, some of these residences include heated indoor pools with ionized salt water.
Poliform and Varenna were the exclusive furnishing partners, and participated in the project by complying with the strictest specifications. In keeping with the highest quality standards, both living room and bedroom systems were utilized for a comprehensive design, along with interior furnishings and kitchens from the Poliform|Varenna collection.
The resulting apartments are truly exclusive: a clever combinations of shapes, colors, finishes and details that express today's modern design deeply rooted in the brand's great tradition.
