New Macaron lamp by Brokis

In April 2017, at this year's Salone del Mobile - Euroluce, Czech lighting solutions brand Brokis showcased Macaron, a new collection of striking table lights by designer Lucie Koldová.

The Macaron table light pays homage to the beauty and complex textures of crystalline stone by showcasing it in opposing domes of delicate handblown glass.

Concealed in an elegant flue-shaped marble base, the light source casts its gentle glow upward to energize the meandering chalcedony veins in the central onyx plate, thus creating an extraordinary ambient lighting experience.

Irregularities and imperfections intrinsic to both semiprecious stone and hand blown glass make each Macron light a unique original, which is certainly worth adding to one's décor in the pursuit of taste and refinement in the home.
