New Poltrona Frau furnishings straight from the Salone del Mobile

Naturally, Poltrona Frau could not miss the international Salone del Mobile that came to a close last week, and indeed its participation in the Milanese show heralded the rolling out of several product innovations.
Two aspects make up the fil rouge of all the new product families - masterful leather processing and almost maniacal attention to detail.
Among the most innovative product offerings for the living area, the Jeff and Jay Lounge armchairs by Jean-Marie Massaud are perfect examples of the finest craftsmanship in upholstery and padding giving rise to organic and sculpted forms.
Following in this strain, we can see how geometrical and architectural elements act as the compositional compass for the Fidelio furniture, lamp and side tables by Roberto Lazzeroni.
The Let it Be project by Ludovica + Roberto Palomba is emblematic: a system of freely arranged sofas that can be completed with lots of accessories, thus turning the furnishing into an island of functional wellbeing.
Finally, another great piece of news is that a traditional icon of the brand, the Chester sofa, is also updated with the new Chester Line system boasting new modular settings and features.
This it achieves by retaining the original flawless elegance that includes fine details such as capitonné workmanship, button stitching, and spiraled armrests.
But in updating itself, it lightens up, breaks up and multiplies in its combinations. It is now a system offering five different elements: chaise longue and armchair, both without armrests, poufs, and two corner sofas.
Redefined on the basis of the original project by Renzo Frau, the Chester Line system opens up to multiple configurations and becomes even more distinctive when combined with the new Fidelio lamp and side tables.
