Poltrona Frau at Porto Cervo and Montecarlo for some of this season's best nautical events

Between September and October Poltrona Frau will appear at some of this season's most important nautical events.
After the Cannes Yachting Festival, the International Boat Show where Poltrona Frau custom furnishings were showcased at the booths of some of the most famous Italian manufacturers, and a byword for Italian excellence in terms of high-end yachting, the luxury furniture brand "drops anchor" at Porto Cervo, Sardinia.
Its next committment is the Rolex Swan Cup, a biennial regatta where the protagonists are the finest yachts produced by historic Finnish boatyard Nautor's Swan, all summoned to contend for the title of World Champion for each category according to the size and age of the participating yachts.
The specially made interiors developed by Poltrona Frau were conceived with the necessary versatility required by a boat designed for both short cruises and regattas.
The partnership with Nautor's Swan also continues "on land" in the reception areas hosting stands at the Monaco Yacht Show 2016 (28 September-1 October), where guests and ship owners from all over the world can prolong the pleasure of a September day by enjoying the glamour and comfort of custom furniture by Poltrona Frau.
Among the many iconic pieces, the GranTorino seat - the highly successful brainchild of French designer Jean-Marie Massaud – stands out.
The interior furnishings of the P82 and P108 yachts and the seats of the P62 and P70 Pilot Houses are also Poltrona Frau creations.
