Uncle Jack, the sofa designed by Philippe Starck for Kartell, ranked first place amid the 5200 products registered from 57 nations at the prestigious international Red Dot Design Awards, winning the Red Dot: Best of the Best award.

Uncle Jack impressed the Red Dot jury with its exceptional design quality enabling it to rise above the competition in the 2016 international competition in which this highest single distinction has gone to only 1.5% of all entries.
