Poltrona Frau furnishings at Rome's Palazzo Farnese for Design @ Farnese

Until 20th September, An outstanding historical location: Palazzo Farnese in Rome, one of the most imposing Renaissance architecture of the 15th century, currently serving as the French embassy in Italy will be the special setting for the Design@ Farnese exhbition.
Since June in fact the grand historic building is home to a great deal of highly creative artworks crafted by French designers, and shaped both in France and Italy.
Two Poltrona Frau products, both designed by Jean-Marie Massaud, will be among the protagonists showcased: Don'do, the rocking chair introduced in 2005, and Moucharabieh, the elegant panel screen designed in 2006.
About 50 pieces are on display in the three large galleries of the first floor of Palazzo Farnese and about thirty designers, architects, both up-and-coming and well-established interior designers belonging to different generations and sectors were selected by artistic directors Isabelle Valembras and Pierre Leonforte
Design @ Farnese is organised with the support of the Institut Francais Italia.
