REN, designed by NERI&HU for Poltrona Frau, wins the inaugural NYCxDesign Award for best "Storage"
23/06/2016
REN, the collection of complements for the home designed by Chinese architects Neri&Hu, was awarded at the first edition of the NYCxDESIGN Awards in the "Storage" category.
This range of accessories stems from thorough research by designers Neri&Hu on providing decorative storage solutions for home entryways and halls, and Ren is definitely an innovation both formally and functionally.
All elements of the collection are created to interpret in different ways the nature of this entrance area, proposing a series of hybrid objects in both materials and functions.
It so happens that the Ren range comprises a mirror as well as a free-standing and wall-mounted coat rack, table, console and valet stand.
Crafted in wood, brass and leather, the furniture is characterized by meticulous attention to detail in its features and forms.
