A few days ago the 2nd edition of XIE - Xylexpo Information Event was held under the banner "Top exhibitors meet the press" an international press conference during which the most important brands in the industry came face to face with trade journalists to preview and discuss new products.

The event was attended by Maurizio Riva, co-owner (with his brother) of furniture making company Riva1920 who spoke as testimonial for the event on the link between technology and design with particular reference to his own company's corporate brand philosophy.

Maurizio Riva also spoke candidly about such diverse topics as trends, critical points and hopes that an industrial "carpenter" (in the true sense of the word) must face in order to accomplish his profession.
