Poltrona Frau celebrates its 10-year partnership with Jean-Marie Massaud

With the occasion of the D'Days event in Paris, Poltrona Frau celebrates its 10 years Jean-Marie Massaud collaboration.

A duet, defined "au fil du cuir" by Jean-Marie Massaud himself, that conveys Poltrona Frau's craftsmanship, comfort and elegance.

And this same "thread" that binds the world of Massaud to that of Poltrona Frau is represented by an extraordinary installation created by the French designer especially for the Brand's Paris showroom.

The installation will be unveiled on June 2 and will be accompanied by a cocktail party.

It consists of a 3km longue rope, in the manner of a unique pencil mark hanging from the ceiling, aiming to reshape the visitor's perceptive field.

In the background visual plays of light and shadow enhance the four settings, each one hosting four iconic models drawn by Massaud for Poltrona Frau.

These include armchairs Archibald Gran Comfort, Scarlett, Kennedee and Bullit, all placed on carpets made in Pelle Frau® Leather, highly evocative of the countryside of the Italian Marches, Poltrona Frau's birthplace region.

Thank to this scenography, Jean-Marie Massaud pays tribute to Poltrona Frau ultra-centenary experience in the workmanship of leather, which marked the Italian brand's international success.
