Riva 1920 at the "Invito a tavola" exhibition in Como

Riva1920 takes part in the Miniartextil - "Invito a Tavola" exhibition in the former church of San Francesco in Como.

In acknowledgment to the "Feeding the Planet, Energy for Life" - the core theme of EXPO MILANO 2015, the Miniartextil exhibition displays its art as food that must be offered to a common table, in memory of the memorable quote by Sardinian textile artist Maria Lai who passed away in 2013.

INVITO A TAVOLA will be running from May 9th to June 21st 2015 and will showcase 54 selected "mini-textile" artworks as well as large installations.

In this regard, Riva1920 contributes to the exhibition with an installation featuring its Totara table made from precious New Zealand wood.
